Everyone agrees
one-to-one wins.

Bloom's 2-Sigma Problem proved private tutoring beats classroom instruction by ~2 standard deviations. Nobody disputes it. The 30:1 ratio survived only because 30 tutors weren't available.

The same settling logic now governs onboarding. Bad onboarding is rationalized as a law of nature — by buyers AND by hires — because the fix never scaled.
